Fell off a couple times so I epoxied the plastic pegs that were vibrating loose. Can still remove it from the seat post so all good. Works as advertised

Excellent unit. I use these with tires up to 3". I cut them down to be a bit more svelte the coverage is great and I love the quick install and removal. I would prefer a simpler clamp design that provides a slot I can install my own preferred strap (a Voile works great). This would make it even lighter and less prone to mechanical failure. Finally I have had the main unit snap off the mounting bracket in vigorous riding scenarios and easy fix but it would be nice if the snaps were a bit more snug.

But, I decided to go with a rear-rack instead; and, I cut my own splash guard and zip-tied it to the racks’ underside.
I traded the 6.5 Shovel, Rear Splash-Guard for a beautiful, silver, Force Stance 18mm kickstand. Service IS superlative !

FAIL - Not enough clearance for my Transition Spur (120x120???). I had it all the way up and it was still rubbing. I took the whole thing off and strapped it to my backpack. While strapped to my backpack, the Seat post connection unsnapped and fell off while I was riding down. So basically it never worked for me. cool idea, they just need to make better adjustments.

Great fender for my 2023 Surly Ice Cream truck. Easy to put on and snap off for transport or when it's not needed. You can also easily bend it to put it in a bike bag or backpack. The Splatter color looks great on the blue ICT. I

Well, it works pretty okay, but snaps let loose and it fell off on a not really that gnarly a downhill run. I finally found it and will now zip-tie it to the holder.

Shipping was supper fast. Easy to instal on my Specialized turbo Levo 29" mountain bike. Even though it says for fat bike, size is appropriate for 29x2.6 tires.

This works pretty well to prevent mud from flying up from the rear tire. Generally it doesn't slip and rotate as long as you get the clamp pretty tight. It works great in non-aggressive riding.
The bad: Don't transport a bike with fender attached or this will unsnap and even crack the plastic fender. You really need to unsnap the fender and take it off before car transport.
Also, during aggressive riding, the fender is flimsy enough that it can touch the rear tire and flap around a bit.
All in all, it's probably the best rear fender out there for the money, and there's always the trade-off of durability and weight.

I have tried other fenders and they flop around, get knocked out of place and fall off. These stay put ! I used them on snowy trails and muddy trails, rain covered streets and puddle strewn paths and they are still in place keeping the crud off of me. I have repeatedly bumped them while getting on and wacked them while sliding in the mud and they handled it all! Easy to put on too!

I was a little apprehensive about the quality & the price (I expected to pay much more for a set of fenders). Set up - super easy. Quality - surpassed my expectations. How they function - great, can’t imagine anything better. Plus, I can take them off in a second.

I picked this up at the LBS on my way to the local trial. I needed something in pinch and I was skeptical when the package was essentially a sheet of plastic with a small bag of attachment hardware strapped to it. After opening it it's apparently pdw put some thought into this. Four things stand it to me about this. 1) it took 5 minutes to set up with a Philips head 2) sturdy button/snaps secure the fender to the post mount so you can take the fender on and off with ease 3) the seat post mount is a sturdy ratchet strap that can be easily adjusted and taken off with ease. 4) it's all very light , but not flimsy. It also has a thumb screw that can adjust the angle of everything. I definitely recommend.

These things fit great, take a beating, and actually keep dirt, mud, water, etc. off you as you ride. I ride with the front in place all year round and the rear is easy to clip into place for wet days. Stop looking around and just get these...

I bought a front to use on my Specialized Fatboy. The bike is used mostly in snow, but that snow melts in the spring. Sometimes it's molten on top of packed snow. I can hear the mudshovel doing its awesome job as I hear the tire kick up some bits of gravel with the water while riding. The fronts of my legs are not muddy, wet, or covered with slush. And the shovel is so easy to pop off in summer when riding dry trails.

So after 4" of snow followed by several hours of rain the next night I had the perfect scenario to try out my new Mud Shovels. There were tons of slush, water and mud on my local trail. After riding for an hour while intentionally aiming for the messier sections I stopped to give myself an inspection. Much to my shock and delight I did not have any water or mud on my pants or on the back of my jacket. You couldn't ask for a better product. I agree with the others that they are literally a "snap" to install and/or remove. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I 100% endorse the Mud Shovels.

I spend a lot of time in the winter riding through road gunk on my way to a local trail on my Fat Boy, and I was looking for something to keep my tail dry. What I didn't expect was how much it improves my ride on the trail when the weather is a little sloppy, as well as keeping the other riders around me from being sprayed constantly from my rear wheel. When the snow is melting on the road or trail I run both front and rear fenders and dramatically improve my comfort. These fenders are lighter than I thought they would be and are actually a very light and thin plastic - about the same thickness of a winter plastic sheet sled - they don't add any noticeable weight at all and are easy to take on and off the bike. When the weather is dry I pull them right off in a few seconds (the front fender attaches by four snaps that pop off easily and the rear with a seatpost clamp). These are a no-brainer if you ride in any conditions that get you wet.

I bought a rear for my 2015 Access Chinook Fat Bike. I was not sure this would work given it was on sale less than $20 at the local shop. I going to tell you that it works better then the mounted fender on my road rain bike. It takes a bit to get the seat post clamp just right but once on it stays with in 3/4" of the top of the rear tire. Also, it pop's right off for cleaning which is really nice! I regret thinking it would not be a good value or work just because it's not expensive. Highly recommend. Now I need to get a front fender to try...

This is a great front fender for a fat bike. I have this on my Fatboy (medium frame) with 4.8" tires and it is fully blocking water, mud, slush etc. Super easy to put on, to switch to another bike (Helga small frame, also fits well), or to just remove the fender and leave the frame attachment. Seems about as lightweight as you're going to get for a fat bike fender.
Also bought the rear fender. This also worked really well. I have a super thin seat post and was able to attach this snugly without any movement or loosening over rough trails. It was a tilt bolt which works really well so you can change the angle of the fender. Both fenders' surfaces snap on and off from the frame attachment. For the rear this is especially great, it allows me to take the fender off when I transition from slush/mud to snow pack.
